Versioning Principles

This version is designated as a stable baseline. Future revisions are intended to be additive or clarifying in nature rather than redefining the technical meaning of requirements or outputs established under this version.

Continuity and Compatibility

Prior versions will remain available for auditability, dispute resolution, and long-term interpretability.

Backward compatibility is a design objective of VEVS versioning, where technically feasible and consistent with the integrity of the standard.
